1)  -What I made of this evidence was that was that the people who had published them knew that they probably where not good pictures to be posted but there reasoning for posting them was probably to raise concern about them.

- If they are trying to raise concern then yes I believe that photos like this should be published because everybody should know about what is going on.

2) - Writers for a newspaper article are not allowed to write about things that are not true just like photographers are not allowed to alter a picture to look like something else and I have to agree with this because you wouldn't want either of those thing happening there for you could get into a lot of trouble over that.

3)  My personal ethics would be no Volgure pictures unless they where to raise concern about something. I also wouldn't allow any photo shopped pictures. I would want appropriate pictures on my blog and for them to be real and not be nasty gruesome.
